We had a Cisco switch go out - likely power supply. It was the main switch to which all devices and our Mirakl Wi-Fi was attached. Fortunately, we had another switch of the same type which had been used for a cloud based phone service … More that we had discontinued a few years ago, Brian, who had been to our office when we moved into it, had taken photos of our network rack at that time. He had them on file and referenced them during my call. He was able to walk me though re-cabling everything to the spare switch and test to be sure we were OK. Thanks for the guidance! We were up in short order and what I thought would be a protracted issue, ended up working out just fine.

Losing internet connection on a Monday morning is never something you want to happen. However, I called Brian at Mpowered, and he was beyond helpful. He was the "go between" with me and the AT&T people. Once we figured out … More that AT&T would have to send someone out to our office's physical location, he set that appointment up. Brian continually followed up with me each hour to see how things were going. I was even able to let him and the AT&T man speak so that they would be able to note our file in the event this ever happens again. Overall, terrible that our internet went down, but we had the best experience with Brian getting it back up and running. I've worked with him several times in the past week or two, and he's the best service person I've delt with at Mpowered by far - knowledgable and efficient. Our agency really appreciated his help to get back up and running.
