A breach can be as simple as an employee opening an email that appears to be from a legitimate source and clicking a link. When employees are busy focused on their work, unless they’re trained and on guard, they could easily be spoofed into providing sensitive information to someone pretending to be in senior management. Business email is a prime target, an easy entry into your systems.
